I have an app that starts up and opens a file when you click on
the registered file extension (.log). Now, a new file extension
(.mpl) needs to be added to automatically open up the program
and load the file. I created a new file extension association
in the distribution program but when clicking on the mpl file
type the application starts but the file does not load. I have
done a search on the .log file extension to try to locate what
routine is called on startup. It has been so long since I did
this I can't remember what method is called when you click on a
file of the associated type.
