I just ported an old Delphi7 project to Delphi2006.
It compiles ok and everything, but when I start the application I can't get
any TEdit or other input control to accept any characters..
The events of the TEdit doesn't fire either (onKeyDown, onKeyPress etc)..
This means that if I focus any TEdit in my application and tries to write
something in the input box, nothing happens.
The TEdit boxes has Enabled = true, ReadOnly = false.. so this is not the
And It's still possible to paste text into the TEdit boxes.
I don't know where to look anymore.. anyone else had this problem?
If I create a new Win32 project in Delphi2006, everything works out fine,
and I can write in the input boxes.
It's only in my old Delphi7 projects, when open them in Delphi2006, that get
