Why does a program sometimes not shutdown entirely?
All forms close and the program goes off-screen,
but the process, "app.exe", is still running and needs to be killed
manually.
The program communicates intensely with external devices,
and this problem happens now and then, possibly depending on the amount
of msgs's still not handled, when the user shuts the application.
Without communciation it always shuts down correctly.
How can I diagnose something like this?
