Hello,
stumbled again over the well-known "you have to install IE first to
be able to install our pretty software" scenario. Only this time I
decided to really do it, because there was no way around.
D7, Windows 2000 SP 4
After installing IE 6 SP1 one application does not work anymore.
This application usually streams the videos from our surveillance
cameras to a browser-object.
To be more specific: after installing IE 6, I have to enter my
proxy-login and password, although the IP-Range for the cameras is
marked with "do not use proxy for..." in the internet-settings.
I guess I will have to look for the source-files for this project;
not even sure where I put them.
Is there anything in advance that I should know about how to fix
this issue?
thanks,
André
